«We-LEAD»

A project of the NGO "Stay on Top" for civic education, strengthening women's influence, and advocating for changes in humanitarian and crisis response.

«We-LEAD»

Enhancing women's participation in decision-making and crisis response.

Based at the 'We-LEAD.Dnipro' Hub — our safe space for learning, psychological support, and dialogue — we are implementing a comprehensive project to develop women's leadership potential. By combining civic education, advocacy, and direct assistance, we are building effective mechanisms of influence at the community level so that every woman has a voice in recovery, peacebuilding, and humanitarian response processes.
This initiative is produced by NGO “Stay on Top”, funded by The United Nations Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) with technical support of UN Women Ukraine. WPHF is a flexible and rapid financing mechanism supporting quality interventions designed to enhance the capacity of women to prevent conflict, respond to crises and emergencies, and seize key peacebuilding opportunities.

Our goal — is to enhance women's participation in decision-making within humanitarian and crisis response in Ukraine through the development and advocacy of effective mechanisms of influence.
How do we achieve this? We implement a comprehensive approach: strengthening the skills of women activists from vulnerable groups and building sustainable mechanisms for their influence at both local and national levels.
